Hope Academy is situated in a rural area at the Village of Hope in Kisumu, Kenya, on Lake Victoria. The Village includes group homes for orphan children, a medical centre, and operates a feeding program for the impoverished and parentless children on the area. The school is operated by the Villages of Hope Africa organization based in Canada.

Hope Academy provides elementary education for over 400 children from the Village of Hope and the surrounding community.
