2015 - Construction of four classrooms and small office funded by donors from Western Canada

Background:

Pastors Tatende and Lucia Gunguwo provide leadership to the faith-based Voice of Peace Organization (VOP) in Zimbabwe. VOP oversees in excess of 100 churches, four orphanages, a community-based care program that provides assistance to over 6000 children and skill development programs in a wide range of areas from business to agriculture. In recent years they have realized the importance of Christian preschool and K through 12 education. They have established a number of schools in the Harare area.

In 2010 Classrooms for Africa provided a grant for a classroom block at Daniel Academy Epworth, Harare. The Mutoko campus is a new school plant for Daniel Academy.
