Eagle's Wings High School is built on 72 acre site owned by the Eagle's Wings Children's Village Society in the village of Lukaya about 100 km south of Kampala. The non-profit society operates homes for orphans, a clinic, a primary school and also the high school. Eagle's Wings High School educates young people graduating from the primary school and also from the local area. Many have been raised in the children's homes on site.

In 2012, Classrooms for Africa provided a grant to build the first two high school classrooms for grade 9 and 10 students. These were completed by November that year. In 2014, funds were made available for the construction of a science laboratory and a library/classroom. This addition was completed in early 2015.
