Brighter Future for Ebenezer Bright Primary School

The new classroom block at Ebenezer Bright Primary School in the small village of Kirinda, Uganda is now in full use by excited students! Started in July 2013, the building team worked full steam to have the building ready for the new school year in January 2014. Founder of the school and project manager, Pastor Freddie, spent many hours making sure the construction was on track. Some C4A representatives visited the school in October to see for themselves the progress. They were very impressed by the dedication of leaders and staff and touched by the state of the make-shift mud rooms which were used by classes at that stage. Some classes were held under trees! Thank you donor from Western Canada for making this possible.

Apart from the new C4A block, the school has an unfinished three-classroom block waiting for completion which will further help the school offer a more congenial learning environment for these primary students. C4A would like to help with this project as well when a donor is found. See more info here.
