In Uganda in 2021 the only students who were in school were those in grades preparing for state examinations. This applied to P7 (grade 7) and S4 (grade 11) students. They wrote their exams around March 2021 to cover the exams missed in November 2020 because of the pandemic.
Several of the schools which Classrooms for Africa has provided classrooms for over the past 12 years have sent us their student’s examination results which we share below. These students and schools deserve congratulations for continuing their work in spite of very difficult circumstances.
Please note: In Uganda examination results are rated in divisions. Division 1 would be the equivalent of an “A” in Canadian terms etc. down to Division 5. Divison 5 or U would generally be a failing grade.
